About Us

Considered to be one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Charlotte, Foxcroft East is a one-of-a-kind community located just minutes from Uptown Charlotte.  The neighborhood is officially a part of the South Park area, and shares its borders with it sister communities; Governor's Square and Foxcroft.   Foxcroft East was developed in the 1970's, the popularity of the neighborhood has grown to become one of the most sought after addresses in Charlotte. Residents enjoy access to Foxcroft East Racquet & Swim club, incredible local public schools and some of the most prestigous private schools in the city share the same locale.  Shopping and entertainment venues in the area are also considered some of the city's best.

Homes in the Foxcroft East neighborhood range from $300,000 to over $2.5 million with homes built in the 30's next door to renovated or re-built homes recently completed. The homes are surrounded by gorgeous century-old oaks and situated on large lots. Older classic ranch and two stories are surrounded by stately French Provencial and Tudor homes.

One of the most unique aspects of the neighborhood is the nearly 5 miles of interconnected pathways that wind throughout the neighborhood on both side of Fairview Road (including a tunnel underpass connecting the North and South sides of the community).  These paths serve as a natural boundary marker for the neighborhood.  They are maintained by the FEHA for the pleasure of our homeowners and their guests.

The neighborhood is served by three of Charlotte’s premier schools: Sharon Elementary School, Alexander Graham Middle School (AG) and Myers Park High School, one of the nation’s top ranked high schools. The neighborhood is served by the Morrison branch of the Public Library of Charlotte and Mecklenburg county.
